How to start a new ICAK chapter
The ICAK is made up of 14 chapters across five continents — but that list isn't fixed. If there is no organisation in your country yet, here is how to learn the process of forming one under the ICAK's international standard.

Five steps to a new chapter
Confirm there isn’t already a chapter
Check the Global Chapters directory for your country. If a chapter already exists, reach out to its chair directly instead — the process below is for countries with no organisation yet.
Gather a founding group of licensed practitioners
A new chapter starts with a small group of doctors and healthcare professionals, licensed to diagnose in your country, who are trained or training in Applied Kinesiology.
Contact the International Council
Reach out through the membership inquiry form to introduce your founding group and country. The International Council will walk you through requirements for recognition.
Adopt ICAK standards
New chapters commit to the same 100-hour Basic Applied Kinesiology certification and independent examination standard used by every existing chapter — one college, one standard of care.
Launch your chapter
Once recognised, your chapter names a Chapter Chair and an International Council Representative, and can begin building its own practitioner directory and seminar calendar.
